If upon arrival, my firewood is covered in pests, or rotten, Please contact me. After pictures have been provided as proof, I will get back to you and willingly return your money.
CARVING RETURNS
If the carving I have sent is unsatisfactory to what you requested, delivered broken, or too small, please contact me with a photo of the carving. Once I have replied, please send your carving back and I will gladly carve you another one.
